To sign in to our online services you need a valid e-identification (BankID) on your computer, smartphone or tablet. You use it to authenticate yourself and make electronic signatures. You obtain e-identification via your internet bank or at Telia.
You must be insured in the country you work in. Our members who commute mostly work in Denmark or Norway. In Denmark, you must be part of the Danish unemployment insurance fund. In Norway, unemployment insurance is compulsory for everyone. In both cases, you can cancel your membership with us.

As soon as you start working in Norway, you can end your membership with us. In Norway, you are insured through NAV and do not need to join any social security fund.
If you become unemployed full-time and live in Sweden, you must apply for unemployment insurance in Sweden. Apply for membership as soon as you know you will become unemployed.
If, on the other hand, you become unemployed part-time, you must apply for benefits in the country of employment.
