Last year's average monthly salary:

A compensation period always starts with a 6-day waiting period when no compensation is received.
Day 1-100, you can get 80 percent of your salary up to SEK 25,025. If you have income insurance through the union, you can get 80 percent of your entire salary.
Day 101-200, the maximum daily allowance is SEK 760. You can still get 80 percent of the previous salary.
On days 201-300, the compensation level is lowered from 80 to 70 percent of the previous salary. The highest daily allowance is still SEK 760.
*450 days if you have children under 18 years old
