Which calculator is right for you?

The calculators answer two different questions. Choose the one that best fits your situation. The result is always preliminary. You can receive up to SEK 27,200 per month before tax in unemployment benefits.

Here you can calculate your estimated unemployment benefits. You will get an estimate of the maximum amount you could receive per month, your benefit level, and how many benefit days you may be entitled to.

The calculation is preliminary and based on the information you provide.

Please note: After 100 days, your benefit level is reduced by 10 percentage points.

What you need to know about the calculators.

  1. No. Both calculators provide a preliminary estimate based on the information you enter. Your actual benefit amount is determined when we process your application and will be stated in your decision.

  2. Beloppen som visas är före skatt. Som mest kan man få 80 procent av 34 000 kronor, det vill säga 27 200 kronor per månad före skatt.

  3. You can find your income details by logging in to the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket). You can see how long you have been a member in My Membership.

  4. If you have had income or circumstances that prevented you from being able to work during the month, your benefit will be reduced. The calculator always takes income into account first, followed by circumstances that prevented you from working, and finally your benefit level.
