E-invoice
As a member, you can of course pay your invoices from Akademikernas a-kassa via e-invoice. You set up e-invoicing through your bank, and that’s also where you change the account if needed. If you switch banks, start by cancelling your old e-invoice.
How it works
It’s easy to sign up for e‑invoices in your online bank. Once you’ve registered, all your paper invoices — including those in Kivra — will switch to e‑invoice. Tip: Add a notification in your bank so you know when a new e‑invoice arrives.
Received a regular invoice?
This may be because your bank hasn’t approved the e‑invoice yet. Pay the invoice as usual — your e‑invoice will be activated next month. You can check the status in My Membership.
Approve in your bank
Once you’ve reviewed the e‑invoice, simply approve the payment — all details like the OCR number and payee are already filled in. You can adjust the amount if you want to pay more.
