Direct debit

With direct debit, your fee is paid automatically on time every month – convenient for you and better for the environment. The fee is withdrawn on the 28th of each month. You can easily set it up through your bank or directly here on our website

Set up direct debit and sign with your BankID directly on our website.

Fill in a direct debit authorization

Received an invoice?

This may be because your bank has not yet approved the direct debit. Pay the invoice as usual, and the direct debit will be activated next month. You can check the status in My Membership.

Go to My Membership

Register through your bank

Log in to your online bank and set up a direct debit. Search for Akademikernas a‑kassa or AEA. In the list below, you’ll find your bank.

- Go to Hembanken.
- Search for AEA Akademikernas a‑kassa.
1. Select Pay and Transfer
2. Choose Direct Debit
3. Add the company AEA AKADEMIKERNAS A‑KASSA

3. Add e‑recipient
4. Search for Akademikernas a‑kassa
1. Click the Bank tab and the Accounts sub‑tab.
2. Select Direct Debit.
3. Type “Akademikernas a‑kassa”.
4. Press Search.
5. Click Sign, then Retrieve.
6. Enter Name, Personal Identity Number of the member, and Name of the member.
7. Click Send.

4. Search for Akademikernas a‑kassa
5. Register
1. Select the Direct Debit tab
2. Search for us under Company: Akademikernas a‑kassa
Payments / Direct Debit / Register Direct Debit / Search Company
Search for us under Company = Akademikernas a‑kassa or AEA.
Go to Payments/Transfers and search for Akademikernas or AEA when adding a direct debit.
In the online banking portal under Payments and Transfers / Direct Debit.
Enter your search term under Billing Provider.
Search for Akademikernas a‑kassa.

Have you just submitted an authorization?

Then you can check the status in My Membership. It takes a couple of days for the bank to approve your application. If you receive an invoice, simply pay it.

25% deduction on your unemployment fund fee

You automatically get back 25% of your fee through a tax reduction — no action needed.

We send your annual income details to the Swedish Tax Agency, and the amount is pre‑filled in your tax return.

If you were a member of another fund earlier in the year, that fund reports your details for that period.
